the apartment was spacious and they use a maid service, so its clean when you move in. the grounds are very well kept and attractive. noise level is high. many college-aged people live here and party. only one trash area on grounds, hassle. washer/dryer connections with large utility rooms. my dishwasher always had issues, no matter how many trips from matience. lots of parking space. nice neighborhood. right next to heartland.
