Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Not worth the price for lack of ammenities, and amount of square footage.

Cabinets, countertops, and other details quite outdated. For price, shoudl be more updated.

Terrible parking, needs revamped so people who pay $ to live there can park closer than 2 miles to apartment.

Should offer more than 1 laundry facility.

Apparently, there are new owners AGAIN, hope they don't rearrange the rules, leases,etc as in past.
