I really have few complaints. I've not had a problem getting help from maintenance and I've found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful.

At the same time, it's not exceptional. My apartment was nice and relatively comfortable, but some of the appliances were outdated (although fully functional). I've noticed on some literature that they call themselves "luxury apartment homes" and I would advise you not to be fooled by that.

But still, this place is perfect for students who want a nice place to live. I'd recommend it to you.
