The staff, in particular the manager, is a mightmare. Extremely unfriendly, not helpful at all. And she doesn't understand the policies of Breckinridge herself. Doesn't know the difference between a 60 day notice and a two month notice (which in July/August makes a two day difference) and kicked me out of the office when I tried to explain it to her!!! Apartment not very much up-to-date. Plus, we had a lot of trouble with animals on the attic. They once almost chewed through the wall and came into our apartment. The maintance people don't know at all how to handle that problem. And the manager apparantly won't hire professionals.
