Nice but expensive

Maintenance problems are fixed quickly. If you live near the parking lot, you hear cars all the time. A little expensive. Grounds are kept very clean. I don't like the fact that there is only one dumpster for the entire facility's trash and you have to take your trash in your car to the dumpster. Nice, friendly staff.
