I went into to talk to the property manager today, and she wanted to blame everything on me, so it didn?t look bad, but its not my fault that this place is falling apart already, and definitely not my fault that her staff is irresponsible, and can?t take a work order when someone calls!!



I moved into these apartments on Jan. 31, 2003, my roomate and myself have had nothing but problems!! We were promised one floor plan by the pool, and we were given a totally different floor plan in the back of the complex. They offered no apology or any compensation whatsoever!! Also you are ask to do a walk through when you move in, and they tell you that they will fix it, well absolutely nothing has been fixed and we have marks on our walls, that looks like someone had walked up the side of the wall!! It is suppose to be a gated community but in the almost 3 months that I have lived here the gates have never worked, which just goes to show how lousy the maintenance staff is!! I would not recommend anyone to these apartments.



As a matter of fact I am moving right next door to The Mansion, they are so much nicer, not to mention the intelligence, and competence of their staff. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
