The BC is a nice, quiet place to live. The gates never work , but when they did they were a pain to deal with. The windows have extremely poor insulation value and harbor mold. Painting looked in some places as if a parapalegic did the rolling. The bathroom wall leaked water for some time, but has stopped now. Could hear the neighbors talking sometimes. Residents sometimes park along curbs, impeding traffic. Get rid of the massage table and get another tanning bed. Otherwise, a pretty nice place.
