I LIVED THERE FROM JUNE 2003 TO MARCH 2004. HAD A CONSTANT ROACH PROBLEM. HAD MY CAR TOWED TWICE BEFORE THEY PUT A SIGN ON VISITOR PARKING. HAD TO STAY 30 DAYS EXTRA BECAUSE THE LEASE WAS CHANGED TO 60 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE INSTEAD OF 30, PLUS I HAD TO PAY 100.00 OVER THE NORMAL AMOUNT BECAUSE I WOULDN'T SIGN A NEW LEASE. NOW...GUESS WHAT' THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING THE STOVE. I'M HIRING A LAWYER. THEY'VE PUSHED ME TOO FAR. STAY IN YOUR CAR OR UNDER A BRIDGE BEFORE HERE!!!
DON'T ASSUME WHEN YOU SIGN A LEASE THAT YOU CAN LEAVE WHEN ITS UP. YOU HAVE TO GIVE 60 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE ALSO.
