I thought that this was a nice place to live. i knew when i moved in that most of the people were rude and not so nice, but i really have hit a gold mine in terrible office staff. They do not want to help you and make you feel terrible about complaining about problems with your apartment. i had serious issues with one apartment and moved to another. i then found out that my new apartment has a terrible leak around the window which they claim that they did not know about. they tell me that they are going to fix it, but i don't believe them from my previous problems. the rent is way to high for the crappy apartment that you get. there are not activities held at the clubhouse, the pool is way to crowded and makes you feel like a loser when you are there. there is only one place to put your trash and it is always full and they say that they are going to get another one. the gate that they advertise, NEVER WORKs. i would never never never live here if i knew what i know now. please if you are thinking about living at bridle creek... don't. find another place to live... i wish that i hadn't. i would rather live in a DORM!
