The people in the office are definitely snobby and don't care about their tenants. I just graduated college and will be moving out of state with a new job. Because it is not the same company I was working for at the time I signed the lease, I have the regular termination fees as opposed to the reduced. Of course it isn't the same company! I have a college degree now! Oh well, don't live here.

I'm actually a manager for another apartment community and I just have to comment. Did you not read the lease before you signed it? It seems to me that people only get on here to post negative comments when they don't get their way. Congratulations on your college degree-now welcome to the real world!
