i lived in bridle creek for a total of 1yr and 6mo. the first year was okay with the normal problems everyone complains about, the discusting trash overflowing out of the compactor, the mold all over the walls underneath the leaking windows, the gate that only worked about 5 days total that i lived there. then they started parking permits, there was never a place to park, i had to walk very very far when i got off of work late at night to get to my apt. when we approached the office about the mold and leaky windows we were told just to wipe the condensation off the window seal when it leaked. .. that was supposedly supposed to be "normal". also, the siding on my buidling was torn off during a storm, part of it hung and hit the buidling so loud and wasnt fixed for about a month. i got in numerous arguments with the leasing associates about letters accusing me of throwing trash off of my balcony, what day my rent was due, and having a ups package in the office (in which i didnt have) the employees don't care about you and think they are better than everyone. they don't listen and automatically get defensive about anything brought to their attention that isn't a compliment. the pool is pretty as well as the landscaping, and the maintence men were always very nice and friendly, but this place is overpriced and filled with spoiled kids and older adults that think they're still in college. they will try to suck you in. . .dont do it!!!!!
