Bridle Creek will make you hate living in apartments. I cannot explain what a terrible apartment complex this is. The management is horrible, the staff is inconsiderate and inept, the grounds crew/maintenance is decent but illogical. I had to call three times to the office because the maintenance crew continually picked up my paper in our hallway each morning and threw it away. You aren't allowed to have a grill, after we were promised permission to have one. If you're caught it's a fine. They rarely return a phone call. Their rent is too high for the quality. The guest apartment for rent is always reserved by "corporate", rendering it useless to the renters. They arbitrarily raise rent rates, you are not able to challenge the move, even though we locked in a rent rate in our lease. I AM SO TIRED OF THIS PLACE and wish I had never moved in here. Please don't make the same mistake I did...it's not worth it.
