There are so many reasons not to rent here that I don't know where to begin. Let's start from the entrance and work our way back to my apartment. Here goes. Upon entering the site you are greeted with a maze of pavement and poor landscaping. Good luck finding a parking spot at the front office (near the nasty fountain that occassionally soaks you when the wind is blowing just right). The clubhouse is appealing to the eye but nothing in there works. Once in a blue moon the computers and printer work but you can't log on because the maintenance/yard crew members are always on there (instead of filling the huge hole right out my back door). The ladies (every single one of them) in the clubhouse could use a math lesson or two. Furthermore, they are inconsiderate, incompetent, and lazy. Now that you've left the office and made it back to your car....go slow b/c this place has more speed bumps than the rest of Lexington. If your car makes it over the bumps without falling apart you must now find a parking spot. Good luck finding one that's even remotely close to your door! Now that you've walked in your apartment you'll realize that these apartments aren't all they're made out to be. For instance, I called the maintenance crew to inform them of water leaking from our ceiling. Well, they must have been on vacation when I called b/c they didn't make it to the apartment for a few days. When they did, they simply painted over the obviously ruined drywall, good job guys. I'd better wrap this up b/c it's getting long. Basically, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT ELSEWHERE!
