Allow me to tick off the reasons not to live in this terrible place. First and foremost, the office staff members are incredibly discourteous, disrespectful, and unintelligent. They try to act "cool" all the time and completely disregard customer service. When I had an injury that forced me to be on crutches for a year--and provided medical documentation that proved my injury--they offered me an apartment that didn't exist or told me I would have to break my lease for the normal rate and lose my deposit. Second, my car was towed from the parking lot, which cost $101 to recoup, but who's counting' Third, gated community' Hardly. A solicitor came to my door to sell magazines and the next day I saw his mugshot on the news for indecent exposure. How very safe. Finally, the apartments are way overpriced for the quality--especially of customer service.
