I would like to respond to some negative comments regarding Bridle Creek. The entire staff at Bridle Creek take great pride in this property, we work hard daily to ensure all of our residents are happy in their apartment. We try to rectify every negative situation with all our residents. In the past we have had window leak issues, however, that was resolved about two years ago, and there have been no reoccurances since then. As far as the Moisture and Mold Addendum, all it states is that the resident must inform the office and/or maintenance staff if a mositure problem exists in their apartment. We are very concerned with the welfare of our residents and want to address any issue promptly, especially one as sensitive as mold and moisture.
In regards to other issues brought forth on this website such as termination fees and late rent fees we simply follow company policy. All apartment communities have termination fees and late fees. We do allow a window of three days to pay monthly rent without penalty. Other apartment communities assess late fees on the second day of the month, we however, consider rent late on the fourth day of the month. Again, all apartment communities have termination fees. We can set up a payment plan for anyone owing those fees.
It is my mission that everyone living at Bridle Creek finds their stay here to be enjoyable and pleasent. For anyone who has questions in regards to our apartments please contact the leasing office.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE, KILZ PRIMER IS OIL BASED AND DOES NOT IN ANY WAY TREAT, DISINFECT, AND CLEAN THE AREA. WHILE THIS TECHNIQUE IS WIDELY ENCOURAGED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, IT IS IN FACT NOT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.
