We're getting ready to move out of our 1 BR apartment. For the most part, it's been pleasant experience. Nice staff, quick to fix maintainance. Our bedroom, for whatever reason, gets REALLY warm at night while the rest of the apartment doesn't. Not unbearable though. Our dishwasher doesn't clean dishes very well AT ALL; we've had them look at it, with no improvement. They care for the landscaping and pool meticulously, but trash cans overflow as well as the ONE dumpster for the whole propoerty. Finally, and most annoying is the pigeon problem we have. I can't say that everybody has the problem, don't see crap on first floor patios often. We're on 2nd floor, and since we've moved in, Pigeon poop has been constantly present. It falls from deck above us, and then the birds come as well. We've put up and owl to scare them away, kept it clean, etc. BUT, then two pigeons roosted and laid eggs and we currently have quickly growing and always pooping young pigeons. Our outdoor furniture has gone completely to waste. So...not saying don't live here, just saying check things out first before signing a contract. If you're a college student, you'll probably love this place-the pool is a constant party!
