Great Place, Minor Problems

Pros: Beautiful complex, nice pool, updated appliances, spacious rooms
Cons: Visitor parking sucks, one trash compactor, poor gym, dog crap "everywhere"
This is my first apartment, and since I moved in 10/2008, i haven't regretted my decision. Park Place and Raquet Club were next on my list, but bridle creek is the best when it comes to price and look. Staff is friendly, the grounds are great and that fountain brings in people. Parking for your guests are a joke, and they tow here like crazy. The gym here is a complete disappointment. Take my advice, become friends with somebody who lives at Newtown Crossing or Raquet Club and use their gym, b/c bridle creek's gym is an eyesore.
There are no dog feces bags or trash bins, so residents let their dogs crap all over the place and there is only one trash compactor at the front of the complex, so i gotta ride w/ garbage on my way to the front gate. OH!! And the front gate don't work. And after talking to one of the staff members, they do not plan on fixing the gate, so you're paying gated community prices w/o the gate.
But overall, it's great. Compare to A LOT of other places in Lexington, BC has the most updated and mordern look by far and the carpet is very very nice and soft. This place was built in 2004, but it looks a lot newer than it. A
