I have lived in a two bedroom apartment here for 5 years and find the grounds, staff, and apartment life excellent. Any issue I have presented to the staff has been addressed promptly. I have to wonder about the circumstances surrounding some of the reviews listed on this site. Perhaps, the writers are young people with little experience with rental property. Being up for renewal this month and moving into a one bedroom apartment as my daughter is living on campus, I have shopped many other apartment complexes in this area. By far Bridle Creek is the cleanest, most spacious apartment size, most up to date, and best priced complex in the area. I will be renewing my lease for another year. I have a small dog and ALWAYS clean up after her. The staff strongly encourages the other pet owners to do the same. If the writers on this site feel there is too much pet feces, maybe it's a reflection on the inconsiderate nature of the tenets, not the staff. I have noticed that professional "pooper scoopers" have been hired by the staff resulting in much cleaner grounds. However, I say instead of blaming the staff, blame the inconsiderate pet owners that don't clean up after their pets! Perhaps that is why so many of the negative comments are anonymous!
