We have lived in Cabana six months now, and we can't wait to move out. We pay way too much for a 2B/2B. We signed up for the place over the phone, and when we arrived we expected a nice place for the price. Instead, we arrived to see dirty carpet, and a apartment that smelled like smoke. The paint and ugly wall-paper was cracking off of the walls, and there was rust all over the apartment steps.
They changed our carpet for us after failed cleaning attepts, but the smoke smell remained until our neighbor moved out. All of the attempts to close off places that would be leaking the smoke, did not work. The apartment told us to live with it.. it was unhealthy and gross.
I'm embarrased to live in this apartment and would not recomend it to anyone.
Did I mention the $500 pet fee for our two cats and $20 a month as well' They won't. You also have to pay ALL bills (water, garbage, gas) to the apartment each month. It sucks.
