not well kept up, kids playing and riding bikes in parking lots unsupervised and around cars, older kids and young teenagers out at all hours...seen making out on steps....I am a mom and won't let my kids play outside there for fear of what they will see and think they can do because so many others are doing it....discarded furniture out on curb, insulation is poor, etc...
On the good side, the apartments are large, but have not been maintained that well. There is peeling wallpaper and broken tile and vinyl in bad condition in my apartment. I would not want to have company or entertain guests. I think they're overpriced considering the quality...2 br/ 2 ba for $665.
