Fantastic Place to Live

I recently renewed my lease in Feb/08 which means that I've been at Campus Courts now for 16 months. I love my location as I am nestled between the very attractive pool area to the fitness center.

The front office, held down by great staff, has always been very responsive and supportive. Their bright and cheery dispositions are a welcome respite from the typical, "Yeah, so what!" attitude becoming all too prevalent in vicinities around campus.

The Maintenance staff is first-rate and strives to respond as soon as possible, based on need and priority, and make the repair or corrective action the first time. I have had very good success with my maintenance issues and believe that Maintenance WANTS to know about problems with our apartments because the sooner they are repaired, the less inconvenience we tenants experience and the easier it is to rectify for them.

As for the common grounds/areas, management has worked very diligently during the time that I've been at Campus Courts to upgrade the facilities, security measures, pool, deck, furniture and to provide a harmonious and cordial environment for tenants to live in. Unfortunately, management cannot be around 24/7 to monitor the parking lots. Many tenants, espcially those with P/Us, SUVs and "other than cars" seem to be quite 'white line" challenged - in other words, they park very haphazardly and irresponsibly. The issue has been identified to managment and security reportedly has stepped up its patrols -however, the situation still exists, making it more an indictment on human nature rather than an inability of management to cope. Ticketing and towing are the only remedies that will achieve lasting results, in my opinion.

Campus Courts has recently undergone a renovation and repainting so it looks great...
the pool area and Club House are always well-maintained and the water is always crystal clear. The fitness center is adequate, I don't use it personally, but see that it is always well-attended by people that seem to be considerate of one another.

A small business center, fax PC and internet, is available in the main house and the staff is very helpful and generous with its use.

Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it...if you decide to check it out, just tell the girls in the front office that Kenn (with two N's) recommended Campus Courts to you.

Enjoy and good luck in your search.
