These apartments are affordable but you get what you pay for. As a young professional looking to save money. The money I saved was not worth the fear of my personal safety. One weekend the police where called 4 times.
One bedroom apartments house up to a dozen people, driving up your water cost and reducing parking for rent paying tenants. The residents are loud and pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. I would NEVER advice anyone decent citizen to live here. If you are a criminal and into illegal activity this is the complex for you
