A year or so ago, I moved to Cedar Run. The girl in the office ( who they since fired and told me they fired ) was really intelligent, well informed about Cedar Run and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my needs. Shortly after she had left ( when I went in to ask for her assistance with a problem with a neighbor,,thats when they said they fired her) I went to the office to express my problem and was basically totally blown off by managers ( there were 2 there ). One said " Well, those people have lived here for years and they don't do nothin' wrong ". These people come in drunk and screaming, park their cars crooked and sell drugs.
My lease ends in a couple of days and my air conditioning doesnt work. I went to the office two days ago to complain and I was told that they had fired their ENTIRE maintenance staff and things were really hectic and that it would be several days before my air conditioning was fixed. So, I am moving anc it's 90 degrees out and the lady in the office has no solution for my problems..isnt that funny because last year when my air conditioning broke, the girl in the office had the maintenance staff at my apartment the same day with a window air unit.
I highly suggest that you research these apartments before living here. They really have no idea how to professionally handle anything. Last year this property was beautiful and the apartments looked nice. They had decorating contests for your patio and a garage sale and a luau. I asked about why those things werent happenning this year and the lady in the office looked at me like she was confused. This used to be a fun place to live! They had smart office staff and caring maintenance.

I agree. I won 2nd place in the decorating contest and dj'd the luau. They were definitely more concerned with the happiness of their tenants than these people are. I have paid my rent on time for four years and my apartment is falling down around me. I even left for a week and stayed at my mom's so they would have free access to my apartment. They promised everything would be done, but when I came back it was the same as before....luckily the manager has finally been replaced....but I'm moving just the same...they would have to give me a new apartment and pay to move my stuff for me to stay in this dump.
