I have lived at Cedar Run for three years and I must say these reviews are something else. The very nice intelligent girl that got fired was a joke and we all knew it. She should not have had her job to begin with. The great maintenance were joke. Yes, they brought her a window unit because they were too drunk to fix the a/c themselves. Service was terrible. Now there is a new manager as well as new maintenance and the property is looking its best in the the three years I have lived here. The new office staff is very knowledgable and helpful and do not spin tales and feed me lies. The maintenance is beyond good. They fix it right the first time and are very friendly. They actually care that our stuff is fixed. I have on more than one occasion have seen the staff (both maintenance and office) speaking with the tenants using their names and asking after their needs. I am so impressed with all the changes that I renewed my lease for another year. Many of my neighbors have done the same. It is a beautiful property with a great staff and I am very happy with my apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone who asks!!

I do agree the maintenance and front office have been GREAT!! For the first year I have lived here no problems what so ever!!

Do you believe this complex to be a safe enviroment for children? My husband and child will be moving to Lexington and we are not familair with the area..which is a good place to live. We will need an apartment while looking for a house to buy. Thank you

I really think you must've posted this under the wrong apartments...there is no way we live at the same place.
