I have lived at Cedar Run for a year and had one problem with the carpet when I first moved which was fixed on the same day by a very good maint. crew . The apartment seems small for a one bedroom but very clean and quiet - I am very pleased how things have been handled by the front office why most of those complaints on here seem to come from the front office , I belive a front office at any apartment complex should have no reason to bother you if your not a drug addict , criminal or don't pay your rent-

That's the problem...they don't bother you....not to fix your leaking ceiling, the disappearing grout from your bathroom tiles, the dishwasher that doesn't work, the a/c that leaked all over the living room carpet, to clean the living room carpet that got leaked on, to replace the carpet after 4 years that they agreed to with the last lease, the unpainted wall where people came in and out of my apartment while I had pneumonia to replace a breaker box that WORKED....yet I am quiet and have paid my rent on time for FOUR YEARS....yep they sure don't bother.
