I have lived at Cedar Run for a year now. I have had nothing but problems with the apartment, management, and maintenance. The head of management and the head of Maintenance are married. This causes a contineous loop of excuses to which nothing gets done right. Both make excuses for each other and nothing ever gets done. I am a college student and dont ask for much, but I beleive that things should be in working order. My window would not lock and it took SEVERAL months for them to repair it. My door will not shut unless it is dead bolted because the handle doesnt work. There is a huge gap at the top and bottom of the door to where light shines straight through and all the heat and air goes right out the door. The roof has leaked since I moved in and it has Supposedly been fixed twice, yet it is still leaking. All fixtures in kitchen and bath are very old and leak. They never cleaned the carpet when we moved in because there was a huge stain in the floor. As for other things that didnt work properly, the dishwasher broke, the garbage disposal broke, the hot water heater is inefficient, and the air condition freezes up often. The management is rude and is only worried about recieving rent and not fixing anything. If something is broke they act like it is a crime to want it fixed. The maintenance does a worthless job. I would not reccommend anyone moving here unless you dont expect anything out of the management. This place is awful and I can't wait till my lease is up.

Wow...I live at Cedar Run now and am getting ready to move...if I didn't know better I would say you live in MY apartment...lol...I will be writing my own review later, but this almost sums it up....I have lived here four years and it was a good place to live until Raelyn and her husband started running it.
