I wish I had read these reviews before we rented 10 months ago. I agree with the person who said don't expect return phone calls, don't expect for them to fix anything and don't expect for them to believe anything anyone tells them. The office staff in the beginning were very nice and helpful. I don't know what happened, but someone who owns these properties, needs to get ahold of that staff and remind them what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!! We've actually taken pitcures of all the things wrong in our apartment, inside and out. Because we are moving and we know there is going to be a hassle from them staff. JUST DON'T BOTHER - REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
