I moved in February of 2008. From the outside, this place appears nice, and thats it. i was told that the water, sewer, and trash pick up was all included with the rent. well its not. The men who are suppose to fix things, have no clue what they are doing, TO FIX A WALL YOU DO NOT JUST PAINT OVER IT. the landlords have not a clue how to handle this place. they allow anyone to move in, regardless of how much you make a month. below me are 10 residents, and they have their music so loud it shakes my floor. when i moved in the bathroom was not finnished, the toilets were in my tub, and there was no flooring. they lied and said our apartment was 100% ready, and it was anything but. i had a roommate, and they allowed the roommate to just turn in their key and not pay to break the lease, which is $1200.00 to break the lease. seriously, to save yourself from living among trash, STAY CLEAR! they dont clean the pool but like once a month .... GROSS! and honestly, its disgusting, you might as well just shred your money if you're going to move in here.
i hope this opens your eyes to NOT move here.
