The Good: Nice neighborhood, discount to certain workers, close to Kroger and small shopping center, quiet area, and some friendly neighbors.

The Bad: Pricy rent that's being raised again this year, rude and lazy office staff that is constantly changing, incompetent maintenance staff, neighbors' pets' feces scattered throughout grass in yard, and unnecessary monthly walkthroughs to "check smoke detectors."

The Ugly; Specifics:
-Fridge leaking brown water twice, had to call back to fix problem again
-Furnace blowing out moldy smell, had to call back again because maintenance man couldn't smell it.
-Doors and windows had gaps, letting in cold air during winter. Staff wanted to caulk patio door and windows until spring, then told me I'd have to cut it open with a knife.
-Office staff has changed three times in less than twelve months. The two that need to be replaced are still here!
-I've come home after a couple of service calls to find my front door unlocked, and once standing open. Staff was finished working in the apartment and didn't lock up. Called the office, they did nothing about it.
-Have only been late once with rent, and it was due to illness. On 2nd of the month, got a nasty letter with a seven day notice to pay or vacate! Asked what the extra fees where, was told it was a delinquent water bill. Asked if the total paid everything in full, was told yes. Got another letter less than two weeks after that saying two more water bills were owed and rent wouldn't be accepted the next month until the bill was taken care of!
-Maintenance staff tracked mud into the apartment during service call. Called office to have them clean carpet, they wanted to charge me for their mistake.
-Got letter asking to renew lease and to accept yet another rent increase.

This place is not worth the hassle it will put you through. I wouldn't recommend it to someone I hate. Seriously, look elsewhere!
