Great place to live! Maintenence works are very friendly and wave and say hello every time i see them. I've lived here about a year, and i have never had any reason to call the office to complain about anything. The agent that rented the apartment to me calls me by name every time she see's me. I think that's pretty good considering i've only dealt with her once and she sees tons of people every day. I have to agree that parking stinks sometimes but i have seen cars without stickers towed in the middle of the night, they won't do it in daylight. The main office and gym were just renovated and are very nice. The tanning bed isn't always clean but i usually bring my own cleaning stuff up there and clean it up pretty good. They just got new bulbs too. Location is great too , very close to campus. and the price really isn't bad for being so close to campus. when i was apartment hunting i found a lot more places that weren't as nice but were more expensive. Over all i will definately renew my lease. It's not all college students and it's quiet! I love this place!
