I leased a one bedroom with a den for 1 year. I'm only leaving because I'm moving to a new city. I really enjoyed my stay at Chinoe Creek. The staff were very friendly! Only one time did I even have to call maintenance and the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. Parking isn't a problem except sometimes visitor parking can fill up (but rarely). The only problem that I can even think of is the tennis courts - they have been "repaving" them now for most of the year I've been here and I haven't been able to use them. Other than that, I cannot think of any problems. I highly recommend Chinoe Creek - its a great location, quiet atmosphere and really nice apartments!
