I don't even remember the office staff because they were so interchangeable,one brief tenure after another, but Frank was the only reason I stayed at Chinoe Creek. The apts. were small and too expensive, and I NEVER could park my car. I had to park very far away at night, coming home from work and was always frightened to be walking alone. The courtesy officer said I could park by his cruiser at night and my car got towed! If not for Frank's attention to my maintenance problems, which were always ongoing, and his and Ollie's fatherly watchful eye, I would have moved after the first six months. I don't know if they still work there , but it is certainly chinoe's loss if they don't!
