These apartments are old. The appliances are awful, the insulation is horrible, and your utility bill will be insane. Even more insane, why does a company in Florida bill me for water, and yet I make out the check to Chinoe Creek''' The staff does not respond to concerns. They have entered my room without prior notification on many occassions. You won't make it to UK's campus in the morning hours without sitting in traffic for 20 minutes on Chinoe to turn to Alumni. I wish I had found this site before selecting to move here.

I agree with you. I have had alot of problem with the appliances. Our utility bills our so high. there are better places to live.

Since this person could not figure out their water bill, I will help you. Chinoe creek pays the water for you so you dont have to set up an account and pay a deposit. Then a third party billing company (I suppose in this case from Florida) will send you a bill telling you what you own chinoe creek. I guess this concept is difficult for some people to understand. Why dont you ask the office management first before looking uneducated on this website?

I currently live there as well. My electric bill is very high. They only have single pane windows and I can feel a draft in the wintertime. Parking is horrible for your guests. They will have to walk far away and then walk to your place. The location of the apartments is nice, but there is no communication between the management and the renters. I am very unsatisfied.
