I am a professional and was shocked at the poor service at Chinoe Creek, especially when it came to their handling complaints. When I lived at Chinoe, I came in one day to find an employee who was supposed to be repairing my tub going through my kitchen cabinets. When I complained, the manager defended the man who was doing the "maintainance."
I was even more shocked when I called Aimco's cprporate office to complain. College students and young professionals should beware. The pretty grounds hide a vicious office staff.
However, if you are the type of person who keeps your mouth closed when it comes to rude srvice, you would be happy with the great location.

Aimco is not the mgt company they sold this property over a year ago. Call and ask your staff they will tell you that Aimco sold it!

I agree with this person 100% We have had nothing but trouble out of the management from our Chinoe Creek. Since day one, we should have known better
