The apartments are old. The electric bills are OUTRAGOUS for an apartment. In the summer I got one bill for $133.00 for a two bedroom apartment. That is just crazy. The office staff only has one person that actually WORKS. The other two blonde girls are rude as heck. Don't even bother asking them anything. Also, the manager never has an answer. She always has to "find out" for you. That is, if you can catch her. I have been up there for complaints and told that she is at lunch. I went back two hours later and she was still gone to lunch. She doesn't know what she is doing. The maintenance guys are ok I guess. I only see one guy (with a goatie) that works. If you need anything fixed find him or get him to fix it. He is very polite and very helpful. I don't know the other guys to say whether they are helpful or not. But this guy knows his stuff. Overall, I would say..find another place. When you leave, they charge you for stuff you have no control over. Things like..how old the carpets are. If the carpets needs to be replaced, and not because of damage done by you but because they are old, they charge the last person in the unit for replacing the carpet. Crap I tell ya...CRAP. Stay away if at all possible.
