I personally live at Chinoe Creek Apartments and I think it is a very well kept apartment complex. It sits in the middle of an extremely nice residential area. All my neighbors are wonderful and every time I need the Maintenance staff they are always prompt to respond the same day. As well as the office staff making you feel like your at home. You will have your perks at every place you live even if you own your own home. But as far as apartment living you can beat the area and the price for all they offer.

The comment was made that this sounds like one of the workers..Well its not. I will not issue my address But I will say I don't work there.And this happens to be my home as well and I really enjoy it. Looking at other apartment complex I found really rude office staff members smaller apartments for the price and not as secluded as I wanted. So with that being said that is why my husband and I chose Chinoe Creek. The girls in the office seemed very helpful and knowledgeable of their surroundings and made us feel like we were home. When Maintenance enters our apartment they enter with respect and get the work done that second. So taking all that into consideration that is why we call Chinoe Creek HOME!!

This is obviously written, just like many of these reviews, to counteract the bad ones and bring the percentage of satisfaction level up. Isn't it interesting that this one was written one day after the bad one below it?
