I have lived at Chinoe Creek for 3 years now and I cant imagine living in another apartment community. The maintanence staff is GREAT, I never have to wait for anything. The office staff is GREAT, I have never had an issue that they wouldn't work with me on. The area is beautiful and well maintained. I love the convenience of being right beside Kroger and in a close distance to the elementary school. It offends me that people would write bad reviews about somehting that I really take pride in. As I have made friends with many of the other residents in my time here I have never known of them to have a bad experience. There are some residents that have been here for well over 10 years which leads me to believe that the people that write horrible reviews of this location didnt value the fact that they had a home, and were more than likely non compliant with community rules. My time at Chinoe Creek has been enjoyable and I could not find the amentities, customer service, nor peacefulness anywhere else in Lexington for such a low cost!

OK This is not the Property Manager..Maybe you should look into your facts. Our new Property Manager has not been here 3 years. So before acting like I am the Property Manager maybe you should check the facts.

Never have to wait for anything?? What about waiting for them to shovel and de-ice the sidewalks and walkways? Why because it never happened. A great let down when Chinoe Creek Apartments care for their residents in winter storm 2009.

Haha, check yours facts! The property manager has been there 3 years too. And guess what? You wouldn't know about 10 year residents had you been an average renter. and also you seem like first 5.0 in a LOOOONG time.

I'm calling bull$hit on this one. I hope you enjoy your short stint as property manager because the management company will $hit can you like they did all the others. Compliant this!

This is all crap. I lived there. Was overcharged constantly - they charge for everything! If you are a day late, pay on the 2nd- they charge you $75.00. By Day 5 they are charging $10 per day, and taking you to court and charging you more than anyone else for that too $150. No matter what your reason for paying late - legit or not. Their excess fees are the highest in the city. You cant deal with them at all. No flexibility - no heart. Also the place is freezing as there is little insulation. They dont clean the snow/ice ever. Nice looking place, but BEWARE of window dressing.

I really don't think this is the property manager. It sounds too sophisticated. The property manager has the worst grammer and sounds really sophmoric when she opens her mouth!
