My wife wrote a review about our problems at Chinoe Creek and now I want to follow up on it. Her review was titled, "Please read this....." We moved out and now live at a better complex up the road. Guess what' After almost two months, we have not received our deposit back. My husband called and we are told that WE owe THEM money. Our lease was up on the 20th and they are saying that our lease didn't end until July. Guess what' I have a copy of that lease. They are also charging us fees that make no sense and they took our deposit. The old company, Resource Residential, left a letter saying we owed these charges. The numbers they say we owe don't even add up or make sense. I also have a copy of our last rent check we paid. We paid every dime we ever owed. I imagine they were angry because we filed a complaint against them. Look out people. These companies will steal every dime they can get from you. You will never see your deposit again. Ya they really suck! Where did you move to? I am planning to move as well. The staff artificially inflates their ratings by posting reviews here, does not provide maintenance, though the lease says that they pay for pest control, they expect the residents to get their own pest control done. It really sucks! The old property manager Brooke was much much better than the folks there now.
