When I moved into Chinoe Creek, it was great. It's been bought out a few time things are horrible. The appliciances are older then I am and the heating system, counter top, etc, etc are in need of NEW! They just paint & think that will make it all better meanwhile it costs a ton to live there--water--electric etc etc. The new ownership Co is horrible, I hope they realize there are people who know proper business policies.
