The office people are painfully incompetent and could absolutely care less if you are satisfied with your experience at Chinoe Creek. I had something stolen by one of their MANY maintenance/renovation workers, and I had to call the front office FIVE times before someone finally let me speak to a manager. They have been doing renovation all summer, so I have had workers outside my apartment *loudly* doing constiction work ALL SUMMER, and they have been repaving the parking lot so you always have to move your car unless you want it towed to the front parking lot (which happened to lots of us). They don't keep track of who's car was towed, so they couldn't tell you where your car was or even if it was towed - and this is if you actually HAVE a parking pass. My neighbor's car was damaged after it was towed to the front! Please take my advice - DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT CHINOE CREEK!

I have to agree, the workers entered the patio without a 24 hour notice and since patio is considered part of our apartment it is against state law for them to just climb up there. I was really tempted to call the police when a worker jumped on my patio and started hammering at 8 am.

Don't live here. Save yourself time, money and hassle. The new staff is really incompetent and it is impossible to get to the property manage. The previous manager was very accessible, and always made you feel welcome. But now you walk into the office and they will make sure you feel unwelcome and are very hostile. Try going in there to give your move out notice and then ask for maintenance.

Thanks for this review. I will be bypassing this apartment complex on my hunt for a place to live.

Unfortunately I had the same problem. Workers entered my apartment with out notice beforehand, nor did they leave a notice that repairs were made after they left. I could tell someone had been there because broken glass was left on the floor and things were moved around. It took several phone calls and trips to the office before I could find out what had been done. The office blamed the construction company for not notifying me. They claimed to have no knowledge of the work that was done. I think this is absurd. Someone from the office had to give the workers the key to my apartment. I am very disappointed with the new management. They don't seem to care about the safety of their renters.
