Frequent car damage

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
While the rent is inexpensive and the apartment is nice, in a matter on 4 months both of our cars were damaged. The first time all four tires slashed and the second time a window broken with the inside robbed. When the office was notified the help stated, "We have a lot of car break-ins".
