I have lived at Cloisters for about 4 years now and the reason for staying... MAINTENANCE STAFF has been consistent and wonderful. Management has changed several times and I haven't always liked the service I received from the office but Maintenance has always been there.
It is extremely spacious and even though you can't have heat in the summer or A/C in the winter -- IT IS FREE!!! I can suffer about a total of 1 week a year for change over.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet. I have had some noisy and rude neighbors but unfortunately that comes with apartment living and I have outlived them all.
The only thing I would like to see at this place besides a consistent stable management team is a washer/dryer. Outside of that this is the 2nd time I have moved here and I have thoroughly enjoyed it with the ups and downs.
