My wife and I haved lived at the Cloisters now for 7 months. At first it was great but then the true colors came out. First if you come home past 7pm you can't find a parking spot by your building. I have to consistently park 3-4 buildings away and with a parking lot that has very little lighting is very dangerous. Second is the noise. I know what time every person in my building comes home because you hear every door in the complex slam. 3rd. is the laundry facility. Several times we have gone to put clothes in the dryer and find that someone threw our clothes all over to take our washer. 4th Our apt was not cleaned or painted before we moved in. Stains on all the walls, carpets stained, carpet ripped up and never fixed, 5 outlets needed repaired. Takes maintainance weeks before anything is fixed. Boiler/Chill system for the heat and air SUCKS!!! We have no control over the temperature, the thermostat only turns it on. Way to hot in the fall and not cold enough in the summer. Fitness center sucked. All the weight machines were broken and never fixed. In summary.. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER!!!!
