I lived here while in college with a collegiate roommate, and at first everything seemed fine but then we had issues. Our heating had problems and they didn't come for over a week, our bathroom had leaks that they never fixed even after multiple maintenance trips, and we had tons of mold in the apartment even with a dehumidifier on all the time. There were broken walls and electrical wires within reach on the balcany. My neighbors were drug dealers, dropouts always asking for money or food, or illegals. People would leave their trash outside their doors for days at a time or just drop it down the stairs and leave it there indefinately.
