We moved in in March and I can't say anything good.
Parking was awful from the beginning. During the day, it was ok, but after 5, good luck.
The tennis court was a major selling point. All the kids from the complex rode their bikes and skateboards in there. You had to run them off to play tennis. That's if they hadn't knocked down the net.
We had a leak in late August that lasted thru 9/11. I vividly remember the maintenance guy being there when my rommate and I were watching the World Trade Centers collapsing. It was caused by the adjacent apartment's kitchen sink. I had to move out of the master bedroom and into the small 3rd bedroom due to the smelly wet carpet.
We planned on moving out at the end of December, but my roommate bailed out early. I tried to pay my half of December's rent, but they declined it. They put a note on the door that they would change the locks, so I moved out. Now, almost 5 years later, they have sicced a collections agency on us.
