We signed our lease June 26th and didnt have a working oven in our apartment until almost September! We called them constantly about it, and each time, their maintenance man came over, looked for like two hours, got distracted, started working on something else, and then was like "Oops, its time for me to go home." We have a terrible drain fly problem that the complex still wont help with, and if that isnt bad enough for you, the cloisters isnt in the best part of town. The only up side is the amount of space in our apartment...but to me, it isn't worth the few extra square ft.
On top of that, for the same price, you can just about get a nice 2 bedroom TOWNHOUSE in a better part of town. The people upstairs blast their music every night at about 3 AM. And there are, of course, still no washer/dryer hookups. The washers in the laundromat are tiny and overpriced for their size. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES!
