I lived at Aslan Cloisters for 6 years and saw alot of management changes, the year of my lease 2006 my upstairs neighbors were so destructive and noises that management was scared to evict them. They over flood the bathroom not one time not 2 times but 3 times causing damage to my apartment and NOTHING was done. I paid for the cleaning of my apartment and clothes that needed to be washed, then after the 2nd time my neighbors stole cable from me and management wouldn't let the cable guy upstairs to reconnect my cable I threatened to sue and actually talked to an attorny. I issed 4 days of work all together because of my neighbors and out alot of money so finally my neighbors were evicted! I was never late 1 time with my rent nor did I ever have any issues with cloisters until the new managment took over. All they cater to now is Thugs and --------, hard working professionals should make cloisters a last resort! They don't tow and the parking lots are full of visitors partying every night especially on the weekends! And they do have a spider issue! Also maintainence enters apartments when your not there ( and sometimes when you are there, but in the shower and can't hear the door) for no apparent reason. I never had anything turn up missing but I did know that someone had been in my apartment! I would never refer anyone to Aslan!
