What a great change!!

Having come from Louisiana and Hurricane Katrina - Aslen was giving evacuee's a deal.. I know why - they needed to fill vacancies - the managament at that time, never did anything they said they would, and lied to those above them, when you took it higher. We had a real problem with "Black" dust blowing out of our vents - they tried to fix it, but we're unable to find the problem, causing us over a yrs worth of lung problems (and management saying it must have been the items we brought from LA or candles). We had gone thru 4 management teams - until the last one came in, they weren't worth a d---! Tracy the rental agent there is a doll - Jasmine can be tough to work with, but does her job well & I'm sorry but the name of the Asst. Mgr (a man) I can't remember - is really easy to work with. They have been bought out by yet another company, and this company wants things upgraded. 6 months ago, I would have said "live in a tent instead" - but now, give it a shot. They do offer beautiful views, pool, gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball and laundry rooms -oh yeah a playground for kids.. these are perfect for college kids, seems to be about the age range there, and it's 6 miles from UK. The tenants there are friendly and welcoming - one thing they shoud think about tho, is a dog park - they allow big dogs and there's no place for them to run--maybe a suggestion!!
