I lived there from 84-88 & had no issues.herby was young & full of energy so handled things quite well while being a "normal dude". I then moved back during 02-04' & again had no issues as I liked cranking the air & heat at their expense ..LOL! People have said its in "the hood" which would be ghetto housing several blocks away called center parkway. Honestly, noone from that area ever bothered me nor did I see them around the area so no clue what some here are talking about. anytime a repair was needed I recall it being done fast & it took one time. Parking can be a bit snarly at times as I tried to get my spot early to avoid parking far down the lot.
Noise' my building was very quiet ( one bdrm) I did call once to complain about students & their music in another bldg. which was handles fast.I felt rent was a bit high as I paid around 530.00. The layout is basic but its clean & I decorated it nicely. The office ladies were nice enough. But of course if a problem comes around that gets sticky things can get stressing of course as it would at any apt. place with workers there getting their orders & not exactly in a position to do very much except stick to their orders which can cause bickering of course.I will say that I feel you'd like the cloisters if you have the bucks.
