Probably one of the only good first apartments in town for such a cheap price. Well, at least the price we paid. Only $500 a month for a huuuuge one bedroom and they even have a student discount. The drive to campus can get annoying after a while, but the place is on two bus lines that lead down there and is close to one that goes to Hamburg too.

I never really felt very safe there, though. Centre Parkway isn't where you want to live in Lexington. The parking lot where we parked was always full, the carpeting was terrible, the people upstairs were loud as hell, the exercise room was a joke, and if you don't like kids, avoid this place like the plague.

Also, don't expect to get your deposit back for a long time. We moved out July 31st and as of October 12 do not have our money. Low!

I am an insurance inspector assigned to inspect the complex next week. Could you please give me some specific apt #'s that you know have serious problems? That way I can inspect those units & report the problems to the appropriate parties

I live there now and my apt is consumed with mold. The Health Dept needs to come in and shut this place down. Management is not doing anything about it!!!! We have complained several times and I know other tenants have complained as well. All the apts need to be inspected ASAP!!!
